Do you already have a Microsoft account but can’t remember your password? Then you can click on Forgotten password.

To reset your password, you now have to enter the email address for your Microsoft account.
Enter your email address into the field and click on Next.

An email containing the verification code will be sent to the specified email address.
The email is sent from the sender’s Microsoft account team. The code in the email will be valid for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Enter the code and click on Next.
Step 5
Now you can enter a new password that will be valid for your Microsoft account from now on.
Please enter your new password and click on Sign in.
