What type of access have you received?

There are various options when it comes to how Swisscom employees can grant you access. The differences between them and details on how to proceed are explained below.

Working in an Office 365 group

• You don’t work with Office 365 and don’t have a Microsoft account.
• You already work with Office 365 and have a Microsoft account.
• You are already a member of a Swisscom team.
• Direct access to a folder / Microsoft Teams is blocked for you.
